    beautiful pool
    attentive staff
    reception service
    restaurant experience

The hotel was impressive overall, featuring a beautiful pool area and attentive staff that truly enhanced the experience. However, the service at the reception left something to be desired, and the restaurant experience could have been better due to some unforeseen closures. ,

    mountain view
    excellent service
    limited selection
    cooling issue
    narrow options

The room provided a stunning mountain view, enhancing our overall comfort and relaxation. Staff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, quickly responding to all requests, even addressing issues with the AC by offering an alternative, pre-cooled room. The regional meat dishes at dinner were highlights of the dining experience, though the breakfast options could benefit from a wider selection of cereals. Overall, service staff, particularly in the restaurant and concierge, made our stay memorable.

enormous pool, stunning view of Andes, large and beautifully decorated pool area

The carpet in the room appeared quite old and stained!!! Also, the breakfast delivery on our wedding night was an absolute disaster, leaving us frustrated right when we needed restful service!!!

    needs improvement

I was truly impressed by the spacious and beautifully designed gardens, complete with a stunning pool and waterfall. The accessibility throughout the hotel made moving around a breeze, enhancing my stay significantly as a senior visitor.

More senior-friendly seating options would be appreciated.

    friendly staff
    exceptional dining
    convenient location
    tired room
    inconsistent service

Had a pleasant 2-night stay at Mandarin Oriental. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The highlight was the dining experience at Matsuri, which offered an incredible range of Nikkei cuisine. The location was convenient for business engagements.

The room showed signs of wear and the service in the restaurant was inconsistent.

great staff , but room felt dated

The staff ensured our stay was comfortable and welcoming. The house red wine paired beautifully with our meals, adding to the overall experience.

The room felt dated compared to modern expectations.
